Commercial Litigation
Represented a Fortune 50 company in a $9 billion-plus dispute pending in South America, overseeing all local litigation matters at the trial, appellate and constitutional court levels, and advising the client in parallel proceedings including foreign recognition and enforcement actions and a multitrack investor-state arbitration before the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, Netherlands
