Represented a Fortune 50 company in a $9 billion-plus dispute pending in South America. Mr. Segura was a member of the team that oversaw all local litigation matters at the trial, appellate and constitutional court levels, and he advised the client in parallel proceedings, including foreign recognition and enforcement actions and a multitrack investor-state arbitration before the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, Netherlands
