Clients receive the benefit of nearly 15 years of experience handling complex domestic and international business disputes, including experience developed as a partner at a leading national law firm, without the layers of staffing, institutional overhead, and inflexible rate structures that often accompany a large-firm engagement. Segura Firm combines the sophistication of a national practice with the responsiveness, direct access, and flexibility of a smaller firm. The Segura Firm brings a broader commercial perspective to both disputes and strategic outside general counsel engagements. Before attending law school, Orlando worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a private equity investor. He also has experience as an independent sponsor, evaluating and pursuing acquisitions of established operating companies, raising capital, conducting diligence, negotiating transactions, and helping guide privately held businesses. That background gives the firm a practical understanding of how legal decisions affect risk, cash flow, business relationships, management time, and long-term value. It is this commercially informed perspective that Segura Firm seeks to bring to every client engagement.
