We combine the sophistication of a national practice with the responsiveness, direct access, and flexibility of a smaller firm. Founder and principal attorney, Orlando Segura, has over 15 years of experience handling complex domestic and international business disputes, including experience developed as a partner at a leading national law firm. Before attending law school, Orlando worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a private equity investor. He also has experience as an independent sponsor, evaluating and pursuing acquisitions of established operating companies, raising capital, conducting diligence, negotiating transactions, and helping guide privately-held businesses. This background allows for a practical understanding of how legal decisions affect risk, cash flow, business relationships, management time, and long-term value. We bring this commercially-informed perspective to every client engagement.
